This office is loosely managrd. We had a video call appointment scheduled for my dad (90 years) a month ago, then at the time of the appointment we accidentally noticed that it was scheduled as an in person visit. That's it - no matter how many times we call to fix it or even reschedule, we never got someone answers our calls. No matter how many hours you spend on hold, no answer. This is awful experience, really.

My partner was referred to Mohan Kumar after visiting the ER because of shortness of breath. She was 29 years old and an overall healthy person with no history of abuse to her body from substance abuse. I was with her during the initial visit to Kumar. The nurse who performed a EKG was extremely polite and caring but as soon as Mohan Kumar came in the vibe/situation changed drastically.
He was extremely dismissive of her fears and questions that she had about her symptoms which included: shortness of breath, chest pain and swelling. All of which can be signs of heart failure. He waived off her concerns and mine as well. "I've seen this before. Stop using THC and go on 30 minute walks everyday."
I'm not a doctor/medical professional but from what I saw what was happening in front of my eyes, I'd at the VERY LEAST ask for another opinion and be open about it.
My partner was waived off for being a 29 year woman without a second thought.
She was scheduled for a stress test about 3 weeks ago which she couldn't handle for under 1 minutes and was told they couldn't complete the test and sent her home.
She passed away Saturday morning from pulmonary hypertension at 29 years old. I'm so heartbroken and I hope that everyone who feels dismissed fights back for themselves.
Mohan Kumar, I hope you take this a lesson that young woman are not "dramatic" when their body is obviously telling them that something is wrong. Pay attention and if you aren't connecting the dots, refer them to someone who will actually care.

If you are young or a woman, RUN. DO NOT see this doctor or your life could be in danger. Dr.kumar is so uneducated that he can't even recognize the symptoms of pulmonary hypertension. He has terrible bedside manner and offers no comfort when dealing with severe symptoms. This doctor will ignore your symtoms if you are young. Mohan Kumar, you should be ashamed of yourself. I wish you nothing but the worst in life. I hope you fall ill someday and your family has to see you suffer like you made my family suffer. If you're so poorly educated that you can't help a patient, refer them to someone who can. You are outdated and an awful doctor.
