We are not patients there but we have been getting letters addressed to someone with a similar name. We called to alert the practice's appointments staff that they are trying to reach someone with a serious heart problem that we don't know and can't reach, but who knows if they will correct their records before the poor guy drops dead. From what I can tell, the woman who answered didn't even take down the correct information.
Any and every time I needed to visit one of these facilities, the staff has all been top notch wonderful. The doctors are the best.
