Dr. Galloway is very personable, easy to converse with him, and he has an easygoing way of being, with a good sense of humor. And he is very gentlemanly. I highly recommend him if you're looking for a cardiologist.

Joel Galloway, M.D. is a Cardiologist in Spokane, Washington. He joined MultiCare Rockwood Clinic in August 2012. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas at Houston and completed a residency and fellowship in internal medicine at the Madigan Army Medical Center in Tacoma, WA. Dr. Galloway is a pioneer in bringing peripheral vascular intervention to the Inland Northwest. He was the first cardiologist credentialed in all Spokane area hospitals to perform diagnostic angiography of arteries outside or away from the heart. He also was the first cardiologist credentialed to perform balloon angioplasty and stent placement to arteries outside the heart.
