Hassan Tehrani, M.D., is a cardiothoracic surgeon in Spokane, Washington. He joined MultiCare Rockwood Clinic in February 2013. Outstanding doctor. I went to him for a fistula and he performed tests for the best site prior to surgery. I had gone to another doctor in Coeur d 'Alene prior and if I had let that doctor perform that same surgery it would have been the wrong placement and could have caused a blockage and had to be done again (that doctor didn't even suggest testing first prior to surgery). It was more of a every patient gets the same placement as evidence by the other patients in dialysis. Dr. Tehrani is very thorough and pays attention to any questions or concerns you may have. He explains everything and is careful to do only what is.

Since my femoral endarterectomy on 2-14-20 I am experiencing full blown secondary lymphedema. So far the massages/exercises that the P T specializing in lymphedema has prescribed seem to be increasing the swelling. I was so looking forward to the procedure as I had the rt. artery done in Dec. and was so happy with the results. This nulifies any good I got out of first surgery as feet more numb than before.
