Optum - Shoreline

Dr. Claire Yearian is my podiatrist at Optum, and I highly recommend her. I am a senior citizen, and Dr. Yearian has kept me mobile in spite of tailor's bunions and several caluses on the outside of both feet. She has shown me how to apply cutout felt to the soles of my shoes to relieve the pressure, and she trims my caluses a couple of times a year. She is kind, professional, competent and never rushes through our appointments.

My mothers blood draw was amazing quick, easy, and painless. The phlebotomist was gentle and very skilled.What really bothered me was that she looked sick pale and coughing while still being expected to work. It was upsetting to see someone clearly unwell pushed through a shift. She still did a great job, but management should take better care of their staff.

They took care of me when I had a migraine and needed a pain reliever. They let me take a nap, gave me a pre warmed blanket and pillow to rest on the exam table afterwards. They made sure I was hydrated. They understood where I was coming from. They gave me medicine for my nausea. Overall this experience was really good. I'm definitely coming back.

I love this clinic, it's close to home and they always come through for us whether it's a walk in situation or appointments. Every practitioner and other providers have been great in caring for my 90 year old mother.

had an excellent experience with Hanen! She was were professional, kind, and made me feel comfortable right away. The blood draw was quick, smooth, and virtually painless. They explained what they were doing and checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the process. It's clear they are skilled and care about their patients.
