I love this clinic. Dr Lisa Oswald is my doctor. She has my absolute, unconditional trust and appreciation. She listens and communicates with me so I can make well informed decisions based on her expertise. I'm not cookie cutter so she works extra hard for me so I can stay healthy. She is a great partner and a wonderful person. Every provider that I've been referred to has also been incredibly helpful and appropriate. From check in to the MAs it's a A+. Thank you for taking such good care of me.

I have had mixed experiences here. Unfortunately more bad than good. Karen Wong, now retired, told me my symptoms and what I was experiencing as "maybe your psyching yourself out" and "maybe you should see a dermatologist in 6 months" for a symptom that could have been taken care of in under a month. I go to a Dr. for practical advice, not to suggest I'm making up health problems. I later went to a Swedish Healthcare Dr. who confirmed I need antibiotics and other treatment plans, but only because I followed Dr. Wong's advice and waited too long! They did admit the diagnosis was difficult, however. Dr. Wong sent me away with an excessive, do it yourself wait period, when I needed a referral. Another Dr., Amanda B Methvin, who I think does not practice here anymore, tried to talk me out of taking medication that I needed a prescription renewal for a mental disorder! I was upset at how consistent she said that, your goal is to get off medication, not to continue using it. I was disheartened with the lack of empathy about my needs. You may be a Dr. but I am not making up my health problems to take a very common anxiety medication. Escitalopram. It's not an addictive medication and I have a mental health diagnosis... that is painfully clear to renew my prescription. Some good experiences, Decent mental health therapists, physical therapists, pharmacy and dental hygienists next door but I the dentist is a different entity. I never had issues with scheduling, health insurance, timely appointments, payments or any technical issues, the MyChart app is great. Staff are friendly or at least somewhat short and neutral haha. I noticed my experience here generally revolved around Drs. meandering around an issue when I'm looking for you to tell me the next step, a referral, or tell me what information do you need to confirm my diagnosis? I was treated like a child, complaining, ok goodbye. Please listen to your patients attentively and offer solutions, please do not dismiss patients so quickly. I am choosing to not return here, and I am saddened as this is a convenient location around a lovely forested area in Beacon Hill. I've seen other patients give good reviews so maybe still worth visiting!

A month of going back in forth with them after my old allergist who had already sent in the referral, and they finally called me to set up an appointment... 7 months from now! I had called 3+ times to confirm the referral and everyone said they got it but "the referral wasn't right.. actually it is right, well look into why it's taking so long". All that waiting just to hear I have to wait another 7 months for allergy shots that need to be taken monthly.

They cancel appointments day of frequently. It happened x2. They were an hour late once, and forgot to complete or order all the necessary test x2
