What a pleasant, efficient and professional team of doctor, nurse, co-ordinator & other staff! I am so pleased to have Dr. Janani Kidambi as my newly assigned primary physician with all her team. She asked important questions and referred me to needed specialists and other providers alleviating my concerns for finding needed care as a newly arrived WA resident. Thank you Swedish Pine Lake Issaquah! I am ao blessed!

Dr. Janani Kidambi is the primary care provider for all of my extended family members and me since last many years. She is the great doctor, who carefully listens, explains, and advises on health issues. She prescribes medications after a lots of study and understanding of individual patient needs. Very soft spoken, approachable, and understanding nature of her makes patients quickly comfortable with her, placing very good trust in her, and feel being in good hands.

My primary doctor, Li Wang, really cares about their patients. She listened actively to understand my needs to personalize caring. Her service is transparent and she confirmed with me clearly additional charges if needed. My friends recommended her to us so we switch our primary doctor to her. With in-person experience, she earned my trust. I had a very positive experience at the clinic -- the staff were attentive, professional, and compassionate and the process was efficient and smooth.

I have had Dr Deramo as my PCP for 10 years now. He takes the time to discuss issues and explain options and alternatives. I like that he is not aggressive on prescribing medications for everything but focusing on non medication alternatives first. The reception and RN staff are responsive and respectful. Never had an issue with rescheduling etc. would highly recommend them!

I was appalled at how long I waited to be seen. Over 20 minutes in the waiting room, then at least 15 minutes in the room, before being seen, even for a blood pressure. After waiting that long, I had 3 people in the room with me, which I approved beforehand. The student came in first, asked lots of questions, then dutifully reported back to Wenjii Song. Another 10 minutes or so and Wenjii, the student and her supervisor all crowded into the room. After more questions and physical testing, I was sent for x-rays. I also had to remind them to retake my blood pressure as it was high when first taken. WOW! I would like to just say also, that I am made to feel guilty EVERY TIME I request pain medication and I am not happy about that. My goal in life is NOT to become addicted to pain meds, as all the doctors that I've seen there seem to think. When I ask for pain meds, it is because I'm in more pain than I can handle any more. I generally try and see if the pain resolves before making an appt. so I've been in pain for some time by then. All in all, not a very pleasant experience, especially in the amount of pain I was in. Very disappointed.
