I'm glad everyone was satisfied with their care, according to the previous 5 star rating. Dr.Garg is amazing, I agree! His staff is a real let down. Haven't been able to get through to to his office in over a YEAR. Covid isn't the reason, considering it didn't exist back then. We've had to contact Spokane to get necessary prescription refills and appointments and most recently we've called to schedule a regular check up and the voicemail message literally says- if you want to schedule with someone directly, call the Spokane office. So why is providence paying anyone to man the phones locally? Just curious. If a logical explanation exists, please share it.
