This place is new and they are wonderful! I had a great experience at this urgent care today. Everyone--from the front desk to the medical staff--was kind, patient, and attentive. They took the time to listen and made sure I understood everything. I left feeling reassured and well taken care of.
Overall great experience. The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. They listened to our concerns and got us seen as quickly as possible. We would recommend this clinic and return in the future.
A+ medical service! In my 47 years of living in the Tri-Cities this was one of the best medical experiences I've had. Every employee was warm, friendly and caring. Michael, the PAC was competent and knowledgeable. (Great beside manner.) He took his time with me; he even sat down as he spoke with me. I highly recommend this facility. They're not affiliated with the Providence system.
Amazing location, promt, attentive, compassionate staff. Went in for asthma issues, waited patiently for my turn, the staff noticed I my breathing was bad. They promptly brought me back, checked my vitals and helped me breath better. The office is new, clean, and fancy. They offer hot drinks, snacks and bottled water while you wait. I will Definitly be bringing my family and myself back to this location. I only waited 14 min to be seen. they do appointments and walk in.
