I accompanied my wife here for a test where she became radioactive. I'll let you know how that turns out. The main thrust of my review lies elsewhere. The receptionist mentioned fountains while we waited for the radioactive phosphoric material to spread. The first fountain we saw was tremendous. It's in the lobby of the ER building. The only issue were a few coins and a plastic wrapper in the water. We looked for other fountains and THREE other fountains were not functioning... I guess budget cuts necessitated letting the water run dry. Sad. Still, the one working fountain is very nice.

I go to the Infusion & Immunotherapy clinic every month and they've been great. The staff is compassionate and kind. I'm there for a few hours each time and they've always made me feel supported and cared for. I'm so happy that I've had such a positive experience every time I go. It would be hard to do it if it wasn't a pleasant experience. Grateful for the team here!

I want to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Cheema for the excellent care she provided during my C-section. She is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and experienced, and her calm and confident approach made the whole process much easier for us. Dr. Cheema is also very dedicated and helpful, always taking the time to explain things clearly and ensure we felt supported and cared for. We are truly thankful for her outstanding work and compassionate service.

My family no longer goes to Valley or Valley clinics after a couple cases where they stood behind bills that were inappropriate. In one case the doctor would not listen to my complaint, refused to do any assessment or x-ray, and insisted nothing was wrong. (I had a broken bone). Most recently they called and asked me to meet with a new doc, since my GP had left, to refill a prescription for OTC allergy meds-- meds I don't need a prescription for. I declined this unneccessary appointment, but I agreed to "stop by" the office. I talked to an unidenitified person for about 30 secs -- still don't know why they asked me to stop by -- and I got a bill me for a 30 min consult with a physician. Valley justifies this by acknowledging that although I declined to schedule an appointment with a doctor it would be "irresponsible of them to give me a prescription without meeting me." They've sent me to collections and I'm just baffled that their standards of services are so low that they'll stand by charging patients for care that the patients declined, didn't receive, or didn't even know about. I'm thankful to have found a new clinic that discloses charges up front and explicitly discusses the purpose of any appointment, who it's with, and how long it's scheduled for. I'm not at all sympathetic to Valley's claims that they can't do any of that because they don't know what my insurance might cover. Do your self a favor and find a doctor who doesn't gaslight you.
