Premature medication and Unnecessary Charges I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Dr. Bowen He. at Swedish hospital, Redmond. I visited for a routine check-up and was shocked to find several unnecessary charges on my bill. The bill was exorbitant and included several charges for services that were not discussed during my visit. When I tried to get clarification, the office staff was dismissive and unhelpful, showing a clear lack of concern for patient care and transparency. Also, I was prescribed medication prematurely for a condition that required a three-month testing period to accurately diagnose and monitor the pattern. This rash decision to medicate without proper testing is not only unprofessional. I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I received from Dr. Bowen He and the overall experience at Swedish hospital Redmond. The combination of poor medical judgment, neglect of serious health issues, and unwarranted charges has left me frustrated and distrustful. I strongly advise others to seek care elsewhere

The worst visit ever. I've come to realize if you go to a doctor in Redmond, Bellevue, or Kirkland the doctors just care about how much money they can steal from your insurance, they start playing God with your health and have you waste your time going to a no purpose appointment. Because they know your body better than you know your own body, doctor or not I know my body better than any doctor!!!! The doctors on the Southside care about you and not your insurance. Learning about the human body and how it functions or doesn't function I have done a lot research with my health on the internet and I don't just go by what a one person says I read a whole bunch of information what people are saying how their illness is affecting them so when I read at least a hundred people talking about their illnesses and what they do to help them cope is when I make my own opinion the last thing I need is a doctor knocking everything down that I say with the negative responses because he's smarter and went to medical school for 10 years looking at textbook 101 so I guess they think they're smarter and we don't know anything about our own illness and how it's affecting us I have a lot of compression in my back x-rays according to the report it says that it can do some nerve damage I have a tremor in my left arm I've seen two neurologist that just wanted to give me medication and send me on my way and not have a plan with my so-called diagnosis of Parkinson's. Studies have proven over and over again that one out of four people diagnosed with Parkinson's do not have it. I also have sjogren's syndrome which was diagnosed from a rheumatologist my primary doctor not the one now and pulmonary Dr. Where my movement disorder that has been diagnosed as Parkinson's the doctors should be involved would be a neurologist a movement disorder and a spine doctor but what do I know I'm just supposed to be some dumb little patient and just say okay I believe you I have this or I have that the only person I lay My fate is the man above and not these doctors that are on the east side that walking around with their nose stuck up in the air. If there is an option to give negative stars, I would. Stay far away from this incompetent doctor. The insurance company just sent me an email for the claim details today and I am so shocked how much he charged my last visit in April. It was intended to be an annual check up and I did ask to include a couple blood test that are normally not included in the annual check up, such as Vitamin D and magnums. Then it ended up to a long discussion why I would want to check these. I also have problem with OMG-3 that if I take anything rich in omg-3, my left eye will bleed. I searched online multiple times myself but didn't find anyone mention the same problem so I asked Dr. He if I should see an eye doctor. But his suggestion was to not take anything containing omg-3. So basically I got nothing for my questions from him and I was charged for $840.00 for this visit. This is absolutely nonsense.

Dr He strives to give the best care possible to each patient. Dr, He really took his time to explain my health concerns with me as well as my treatment options. I appreciate his willingness to listen and suggested follow up.

Dr He is the best DR Ive ever had. He has my diabetes and high blood pressure under control. Nobody else has been able to do anything.He is cool, kind and so nice. He is my favorite Dr. Brian K
