Scheduled for an ECHO, then Dr. Janout lectured me on the dangers of a false positive results from ECHOs. And how my condition isn't bad, from the previous results 6 years ago, and then proceeds to tell me I was never scheduled for a ECHO. My condition needs to be monitored once every 5 years to ensure the health of my heart. I fear someone is going to die from this his lack of concern for his patients. I will not go back. If I could give zero stars I would.
Also, wondering what in the world this appointment was for? I had a referral and he had no clue what I was there for, other than to deny me an ECHO. Just a weird frustration experience.

Dr. Janout was rude, unprepared for my visit, condescending and unkind! I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor in my life! Highly do not recommend and will be filing a complaint with his office. Beware

Janout called me a hypochondriac and told me to stop taking my medication and exercise instead. No assessment, nothing. He doesn't seem like an adequate enough doctor to take on cases that deviate outside of his standard patient range.

Scheduled here to get results of my heart monitor. That's how/why I scheduled my appointment on the phone. When I went in I was vocal about being there for that reason. None of the staff, including the Dr, could tell me why the results of the heart monitor weren't there. When I called later and talked to a manager I was told their office, that I specifically scheduled to go over results of a heart monitor, at a heart clinic, does not do heart monitor results. Not one of their staff members, not the scheduler, and not even the Dr knew that, but apparently at a heart clinic they can't discuss heart monitor results. Or even tell you that they can't do that. But they can schedule you for it!

Dr. Jones is no longer there. Marek Janout was the most condescending and rude man I've ever met. He did no exam, told me I'd "grow out of it" (at 27), and then literally made me list all the things he's done for me so I wouldn't complain he hasn't done anything. Don't waste your time here.
