My wk started with Dr Fongs fantastic pre-op nurses, techs and office personel at his office , and finished at Colby providence hospital the same wk, with Dr Fong and his medical team along with the great providence hospital employees I've always experienced there. I feel very fortunate to have Dr Fong as my urologist and Laser surgeon, and more so since my surgery and stay at Colby providence. P.S. I'VE ONLY TAKEN THE TIME TO RESPOND TWICE TO SURVEYS CONCERNING MEDICAL PROCEDURE. (BOTH POSITIVE ) DR. GARWAHL= CARDIOLOGIST DR. FONG= UROLOGIST

Dr. Johnston and her team are amazing. They have restored my faith in Providence. Dr. Johnston actively listens and offers resolutions to my concerns. I am grateful that I found her and I have recommended her to close friends. The level of care that I am receiving really outshines previous experiences. I feel seen, heard and respected.

i do not recommend dr. hornsby. when there for a basic checkup, she looked at me with absolute disgust and a judgmental attitude with every question i answered. as a doctor, you would think she has heard these answers before and help make her patients feel comfortable and seen. she is also very pushy on things that i said no to multiple times and still continued to try and push them onto me.

I'm so happy that I finally have found Dr. Catherine Powell and her caring team. She truly listened to my needs and discussed my options and the steps we need to take. At the end of my visit Dr. Powell hugged me and told me we got this.

Providence Mukilteo is a clean facility that is staffed with friendly and professional people. The doctors, clinicians, and support staff are fantastic and human, never 'mechanical' or stoic. If the patient needs a little more time to discuss or cover their concerns, Providence staff accommodate. I am 100% satisfied with the service.
