Unfriendly staff. Seems like every employee is absolutely miserable. I'm not sure if I've ever seen anyone who works there smile. You can sense the bad energy when you walk in.

Great service I sliced my finger with a blade and came straight here. The lady Got me checked in relatively quickly. Mathew got me ready quickly. Doctor Bob got me stitched up. Pleasant men with lots of history in ML Thank you guys!

Family medicine with Samaritan is severely lacking. Scheduled to see a doctor today for an initial consult, only to be told he isn't in the office today upon arrival and I will need to reschedule. My last doctor with them, I could never get an in person visit, only via zoom call. What is this, a phone a doctor operation?

Even with an appointment, we spend 1.5 hours here for something that should literally be 15 minutes max. I hate this clinic. I have wasted more time here with an appointment than anywhere ever. I would say it is the worst overbooking ever, but there is almost nobody here. Samaritan is a giant waste of space.
