CareToday at Samaritan Clinic on Pioneer

I went in today after putting off a visit for 2 weeks. The wait time was very short considering it's cold season. I was back within 20 mins. The Dr was in within 10 mins and I went to X-ray within 5 mins of the Dr ordering it. The Dr returned quickly with results and I was on my way. I didn't feel rushed at all. Mg provider was very thorough and asked if I had any other questions before we ended the visit. I really appreciated their help. I put off this visit because I wasn't sure what could be done for muscle pain that I couldn't do at home. But, I am so glad I went.

The lady who answered the phone is very unprofessional and the lady nurse who I talked to on the phone was incredibly rude and not helpful. I definitely recommend going to a different urgent care. These people aren't professional and how they talk to you is crazy.

Took my son and myself to urgent care on a Saturday morning not too long of a wait after we checked in and got settled. The ladies behind the desk were nice and then staff were all kind and helpful. The PA was informative and kind as well and thorough in his assessments. Would recommend for urgent care.

This was my first visit to Samaritan as we are visiting family in the area. Although I wasn't feeling well, I really enjoyed and appreciated the urgent care visit to Samaritan. The check in staff were very professional and welcoming. The wait wasn't too long, and the waiting area was clean and spread out from other patients. The PA was very good and addressed all my questions and concerns. I would definitely recommend this urgent care facility. Thank you Samaritan!

The American healthcare system has been broken and this place is a prime example of it. Spend your money elsewhere and avoid this clinic. The employees here are merely that... employees, here to collect a paycheck with no real concern for well-being. Real doctors can be found at the walk in on Patton Blvd.
