So I called them and scheduled an appointment on Monday for $280 fees that includes completing paper work with urine and blood tests (excluding blood immunity titer test and needed vaccinations). I completed my vaccinations with my health provider for flu and MMR for another $40 because I don't have insurance. The report took only 5 days and was ready by Friday.
