I never had any problems with this clinic. Yes, I agree with some of the reviews that some doctors/nurses/assistants are not friendly. It can happen at any clinic. But I usually only use my family doctor. On the negative side, I would mention the lack of an X-ray office at this location and that Labcorp sometimes does not operate. I have awful insurance through my employer, so at the beginning of every year, I need to pay almost full price for all the visits due to the high deductible. Luckily, Pacific Medical always offers a payment plan, and I never had any problems with billing department.

one of the worst clinics i've ever been too. they purposely code things incorrectly to up-charge. big warning if you get a physical. they do an "intake" where they BS you and waste your time. do not ask any questions during that appointment or they will charge you $800. the first appointment is not your physical.

Had a very bad experience at this location last week, Dr stormed out of room when I refused to take the COVID and Flu vax. They seem to have lost their bedside manner, and didn't seem very concerned about my symptoms at the time of visit. After over 15 yrs of attending this clinic it's definitely time to move on.

The people are not very compansionate to those who have a terminal illness and said they dont prescribe pain meds. Then they tried to get us a doctor appointment with a doctor who may or may not ease my mothers pain as she dies slowly to stage 4 breast cancer. They want to take your insurance and get their money and waste your time. This place will never see my money ever. Find better care, they have a 3.2 star rating already and still going down.

I had a great experience here. To elaborate - my doctor was on top of everything. Even recommending preventative or upkeep things that I hadn't done in a while. I also was blown away by how friendly the staff was. All around, everyone was very friendly and helped even if it wasn't specifically their job to. I had a blood draw the day I went and it was relatively painless (I've had many bad experiences) and the ladies were, again, very friendly! Thank you for a great experience and I hope to have more positive interactions.
