Only giving a two star because I came in there in pain on the front of my leg.Thinking I got a spider bite, and I was rudely told by the guy. It's not a spider bite, wasn't the doctor but they did help me in quickly. That was nice. The doctor was very nice.He looked at it and I said, yeah, I got a little cut there. What were you doing told him? What happened? He said, I have cellulitis, i've never had it. Gave me antibiotic pill to take and a pain pill. And then gave me an extra antibiotic to take when I go to bed. When I get home, which is north of Seattle then filled my prescription for me to get the next day. And continue to take this mild antibiotic that really wasn't good enough. And the reason it wasn't good enough is because if he would have done blood work, he would have known. I need a bigger dose, cuz. That's what happened to me the next day. They failed by not doing lab work to find out how severe it was going, because in the morning, I did not pick up this prescription from these guys. I went to my Kaiser facility in Bellevue, and they did blood work, and oh boy, by that time, my leg was just on fire. And they almost admitted me into the hospital, but they have a home care system. But I wish you guys would do. Blood work. I thought, oh well, maybe you guys don't have that. It looks like you do I looked up all the services you have and you didn't do lab work. That's the failure part. And that was horrible... And either one of you must not know how painful cellulitis is, and then I had to drive myself all the way home got caught in a traffic jam.Had to sit there with my leg up borrow.Ice from other people that pulled over.Because there was an accident, it was horrific. You guys failed in that part by not properly dealing with my health condition with cellulitis, which i've never had. This was scary. It hurts worse than anything else.I've ever been through my life. And i've had four kids and a couple surgeries... It's like having a machine and not using all the tools

Love Cascade medical center. I see Dr. Merrit. I have always had great treatment. Wonderful atmosphere. I have also been in ER and PT was treated well. And all dr.s and nurses are all very pleasant and helpful. Wish there was a neurologist. Then I be happy camper.

LOCAL RESIDENT HERE WHOSE TAXES PAY FOR THIS HOSPITAL
Went here last year when my wife had a miscarriage. It bled out in the bathroom while we were waiting for help.
Our unborn child died. In the bathroom. At this hospital. Then we got an awesome $1465 bill despite the staff doing essentially nothing.
Complained last year and the bill went away. For like 60 days we had no charges on our account. Then it magically came back.
Our child died and this hospital is charging us $1465 in addition to not helping.

Horrible experience - I moved to Leavenworth from the west side and wanted to change my PCP to Cascade Medical because it is closer. I filled out new patient paperwork, waited 3 months for my first appointment, arrived 10 minutes early to appt (had to take time off work), was promptly greeted and assigned to a room, but then sat there for 40 minutes. Dr never came and no one told me why the Dr was late. So after 40 minutes I left. No once called me to apologize, no one called to reschedule. There was an investigation and the letter just said there were conversations and room for improvement. I've heard great things about Dr. Merrit, but I would not know as I never met her nor did she reach out to apologize that she never made it to my appointment. Very disappointed.

The clinic has good knowledgeable doctors, clean, helpful, well trained staff. But the wait period on the phone system is the worst. Really, a 20 to 30 min wait while listening to to the same music and announcements over and over again is nerve wracking. Please get more operators
