I recently consulted Dr. Ashwini Nayak for my breast pain and hand pain. She explained everything I asked with so much clarity and patience. She examined me physically twice and made sure I felt fully understood. She is extremely calm, helpful, and knowledgeable. She also clearly explained the next steps and what to do even if my upcoming tests are normal.
Honestly, this has been my best doctor experience in the USA in the last 20 months. She took plenty of time to understand my problem and made me feel truly cared for.

I had come to Dr Nayak a couple times for routine things which was fine. I then came in last year due to new symptoms that had been on going for few months and getting worse. She did blood work and told me multiple vitamin levels were low and to just take some supplements. The levels were at the severe deficient level and I saw a specialist I have for another condition a couple weeks later and mentioned the symptoms and results. My specialist was shocked at the levels, she ran multiple other tests and I had a serious autoimmune condition. I would not go back to Dr Nayak due to the lack of concern or asking additional questions due to my low blood results. My specialist and family member that is Dr said it would take years to get that low and should have been a major red flag for more testing/investigation.

After looking at me directly, she recommended that we do a neck ultrasound because my neck looked slightly fuller on one side. It turns out that I had thyroid papillary carcinoma.
