UW Medicine Primary Care at Issaquah

Dr. Lee Imsook is the worst doctor I have ever encountered, her bedside manner is extremely poor and she had zero respect, patience, or compassion. I saw her today back to back appointments for my son and myself. I asked for a dermatologist referral 3x for a problem I've already been seen for and she each time offered antibiotics, well I don't have an infection and I asked for the referral 3 separate times, stop pushing antibiotics on me. The entire appointment she rushed through, she treated me like I was stupid, I was crying, in distress asking for mental health help with medication and counseling and she just sat there and said that I needed to describe what's going on, so I told her I'm at my wits end with a 8 month old baby in pain, who's been in pain for 3 months and I'm mental about to break, she then scoffed and said "so what do I put down anxiety, depression, I have to write something in there for the psychiatrist" I was met with no care, no compassion, I left feeling worse than I came in. I was also told twice by Dr. imsook, while I was crying after our appointment, that I needed to stay and wait in the room while two faxes for referrals went through, the nurse who was very kind and patient came in and told me that us he's not sure why we were told to wait and we did not need to wait for the referrals to go through and we free to go. If you or your child is sick and need actual care see any other DR at this location besides DR. Imsook.

Dr. Audrey Lowenthal is exceptional in all aspects of the care process, from providing outstanding professional and knowledgeable clinical healthcare to her authentic and compassionate bedside manner. She is a doctor by vocation, a doctor sent by God, someone who sincerely follows the Hippocratic Oath - It's very rare these days and hard to find such a doctor. She spares no effort or time to help her patients. She continually studies and keeps up with the latest advancements in medicine, staying informed about the most recent research and treatment methods. Dr. Audrey Lowenthal genuinely cares and does everything within her power to find the best solution for any medical issue. The tests and examinations she orders is the separate story, that deserves attention: Dr. Audrey Lowenthal are so thorough and well-considered that even specialists are amazed and impressed by her knowledge, in our app-t they have praised Dr. Audrey Lowenthal for her meticulous and precise testing, saying to us that no additional tests will be necessary. As a person she's very warm, kind, knowledgeable and have a good sense of humor. So, if you are choosing a family doctor, Dr. Audrey Lowenthal is the one who will be simply wonderful doctor for your health!

Good doctors in general but absolutely horrible front desk receptionists. This place can be improved if they hire more professional, friendly receptionists. I don't need a receptionist telling me anyone can help me when 2 other receptionists are actually occupied while she was doing nothing. Want to know my recommendation? Get rid of them and put a few self service check in systems. That would be much better.

About A week ago I had a throat infection and my esophagus. I was treated at U dub Northwest and then when I got discharged in seven days, I had a follow up with Dr. Miss Lee the visit was very great. She was explaining the symptoms I had and how to take care of better of my health. I will recommend Doctor Lee to future patient

Hospital like entrance. Primary care, urgent care, orthopedics, and dermatology. The medical building has multiple disaplines. Easy access, and warm clean parking lot.
