Dr Eric Ketchum and my past doctor Peter these both cardiologist and whole cardiology team are wonderful. Dr Eric listen carefully, take time to explain everything, and truly care about my health needs. I feel comfortable asking questions, and he never rush through appointments. The staff is also very friendly and professional. Only minor issue i have is that I don't like manual BP readings staff does as they fluctuate alot and i prefer automatic cuff due to excellent bp readings. But Overall very thankful for their care and the attention.

Had my annual check-up with Allyson Lohrmann today -- my first time seeing her. She was nice, attentive, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. I felt completely at ease and for once, I didn't feel rushed at all. Definitely one of the best visits I've had. Julie from the Laboratory department took my blood sample and did an excellent job with the first poke! She was incredibly kind and made a real effort to ensure I didn't have a repeat of last year's experience, when multiple attempts were needed and I ended up feeling lightheaded. Thank you Julie!

My experience with the technician was great and she deserves a five-star rating. My problem is that doctor's offices should be clean and sanitary but the ceiling vent was clogged with massive amount of dust and needs immediate cleaning.

Dr.Hong has been my primary care physician for 8+ years now she is very professional, caring and willing to listen more and better than any other PCP I have ever had my whole life. Thank you Dr. Hong.

I really enjoyed my physician at Associates in Family Medicine. He retired when it sold to Optum and my experience has been a disaster since. Go anywhere but here.
