Not a huge fan of how jumbled up things get here, and if you feel sick but they can't diagnose you with anything, it really feels like they just guess what might help and send you on your way. However, I really like how they handle vaccinations. I asked for one of the nurses to come in and hold my hand while I was being vaccinated, and she happily obliged and even instigated a group hug with my Mom and the doctor when it was all over. The doctor was also very comforting, she helped me relax my arm and got it over with as quickly as she could.

Good doctors and care. Convenient location. Plenty of parking. The place is too big and impersonal. Kind of feel like a number. Hate that you have to drive to Seattle or Bellevue to see most specialist! Should NOT have to drive that far. Pick a number and wait, and wait for pharmacy, x-ray and lab. Some days it is fast and some days it takes a long time. Reminds me of hurry up and wait in the military. I really like every provider I have seen and believe they care, but I dont like their systems. Don't expect to see your pcp if you get sick. They make you go to their urgent care clinic.

Took more than one hour with phone and in person attempt to get a covid test as I write this I am still waiting to be seen. Other organizations will just let you walk in. What if I was seriously ill, what if I was in a weakend condition? Absolutely unconscionable, the hoops they make you jump through for care. I pay over $7k a year for health coverage and this is just unacceptable. I would take my business elsewhere if I could, but due to our for profit healthcare system Kaiser has a monopoly on health care at the company I work for. Locked into sub standard coverage, paying for premium care.

You all are very cheerful & helpful on the phone. And when you go in for appointments enjoy when you don't feel like going to the doctor it's not bad because you know you are coming to cheerful people. Thank you for always be so helpful to me Tiffany Bygd

I've only ever experienced quick efficient visits here, even for emergencies. Only negative is their Pharmacy, I have never had a good experience with them.
