I used to adore Dr Argue, it's actually taken many years for me to finally write thise review and I hope he sees it. I went in like 5 or 6 years ago, I had every single symptom of a thyroid issue. I researched each symptom and each symptom listed a thyroid issue as a possible cause. I also talked to two friends with autoimmune disease and both recommended getting an antibody test done. I went to Dr Arguen who at the time treated my entire family. I was told that I was telling him all the symptoms because i google what ones to say. I told him no, but that would have been much quicker than the research I did. He refused to have an antibodies test done and instead chased my racing heart beat. He found nothing wrong with my heart and because of his treatment, I stopped going to see a doctor at all. A year and a half ago I went in with much worse symptoms than my prior visit with Dr Argue and this doctor ran all the labs and found that I had hypothyroidism, not long after that diagnosis I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. I can't help but wonder if he had taken me more seriously, if this could have been caught before it got to this point. Hearing that he was moving toward retirement made me happy. He was clearly worn out and no longer fit to care for his patience. Praying he sees this and realizes what his ignorance left me dealing with for years on end. I would love an apology but I doubt that will ever happen.
