This clinic has had serious problems with customer relationships for years. Rather than fix the problems, they hired a public relations firm to ensure that they got positive reviews on places like Google. Typical interactions include being repeatedly put on hold, eventually getting connected to the recording that explains your options, which includes a full 20 seconds of somebody babbling on about "rapid access," finally ending with being asked to put your name, personal information, and your particular health care issues on a recording with a promise that they will call back. Then they don't call back. In my case, I had a rather alarming result in a blood test 7 days ago and have not been contacted to set up an appointment to go over the results or to come up with a strategy to address the results. I called at 9:30 AM. By 4:00 I gave up and was on the phone to a new provider. People could literally die waiting for this place to get their act together.

Generally I always have good interactions with all the healthcare professionals at KVH and at the medical arts building. They are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable folks and I like having a great local community hospital and related facility. Needed to have labs drawn after a doctor visit and it's so easy to simply have those done downstairs.

They took down my last review so I'm here to write another lol. They never acknowledged I have Tarlov Cyst disease or degenerative disc disease even though they took imaging of it, I found that out myself from research and my surgeon in Dallas Texas. I was continuously told I needed to keep doing psychical therapy and then given gabapentin for nerve pain for a condition they wouldn't even recognize? That medication ended up making me drop 20 pounds and become more sick than I already was, considering Tarlov Cyst disease makes you sick from the imbalance of cerebral spinal fluid flow and nerve compression. They held me back from getting my surgery for almost two years with their ignorance. I would trust a five year old more than KVH.
