I've worked in health care for almost 20 years and have seen the good and the bad. This clinic has the rudist front desk staff in the business. Had a 9am appt, didn't open the doors til after 9 ( but clients should be there 15 min early?) and had to stand with surgically repaired ankle with no where to sit while waiting for doors to open and then the receptionist was sure to make me stand as long as possible waiting in line while talking to her coworkers. Constant problems with the assitive staff using their length of employment as justification for slow, poor service, while maintaining the ability to treat patients like they are not worth the time to respect. My Doctor is the only reason for the stars. Oh and be ready for an email and letter in the mail that says make a payment plan to make sure we don't send you to collections.
