Dr. Patel told me to "find another doctor" after waiting months to get established with medical care at Vancouver Clinic! I'll admit, I do have a complex medical history and I will leave it at that. I don't believe a doctor should EVER tell a patient to "find another doctor" without due diligence or at the very least, offering a referral to a better equipped physician. In the clinic, I was very respectful and kind with Dr. Patel, so I don't understand why I was treated with such disrespect? She didn't even bother to offer another doctor or alternatives for treatment! My experience with Vancouver Clinic since moving here 2 years ago has been dreadful. The only positive thing I can say is Vancouver Clinic is pretty good about getting patients in on time.
