Dr Overton was great for me! She took her time, explained things well, was warm and welcoming and was there for me in a serious time of need. She actually seemed to care which is more than I can say for most doctors I've dealt with. Unfortunately, I had to get new insurance and can no longer see her but highly recommend!

You have to wait MONTHS to get on the schedule and then after you show up they will say the doctor is running hours late and cannot to see you after you check in and pay your copay unless you want to wait however many hours they are behind and miss your other medical appointments. Who cares what other appts or anything else that's going on in your life, right? Not them. They will say they refunded your copay too but they didn't. I have very serious things happening to me and I cannot get the freaking care I need. This is the THIRD clinic to do this to me. So much for do no harm.

I have been very happy with Dr. Overton. I have used her for years. She is very knowledgeable, understanding and I haven't had any issues with getting appointments with her. I definitely recommend her.

Taking 3 weeks to give clearance to urology to start surgery

I have been trying for weeks to get a response from Dr Overton or her team about a follow up to my daughter's appointment. The worst care team in Vancouver.
