Over the years I have only had good experiences at this UW location, and this review today is because I am amazed at the level of care I'm receiving from one of your new dermatology specialists, named Dr. Kim. In minutes she rewrote my own narrative from years of negative dermatological experience. I didn't know such caring doctors existed. She is able to go straight to the facts and still maintain sincere kindness and respect for me. You have an incredible doctor there. This community is so lucky. Thank you!

To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to provide feedback about the service I experienced at your laboratory today, Mon,Oct 06. I arrived at 8:20 AM for a blood test. At that time, there were 7 people ahead of me in the queue. Although two people left during the wait, which slightly reduced the delay, I was not seen until 9:17 AM, resulting in a total wait time of nearly one hour. During this period, I observed a clear issue with staffing levels. Initially, there were two staff members assigned to collect samples. However, one of them attended to only a single patient and then left the area, not returning for the remainder of the time I was waiting. A third staff member did not join until 9:00 AM. Consequently, the service between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM was noticeably slow and lacked a sense of urgency, leading to frustratingly long wait times for all patients. It is regrettable that people invest their valuable time only to have such an experience.

Updating the business hours on the Google Home page requires a minimal time commitment from social media managers, approximately two minutes. To ensure accurate information for pts, especially regarding closures for major holidays, it is crucial to update these details promptly. Failure to do so leads to inconveniences, including unnecessary travel and wasted time, particularly when I'm seeking lab services or prescription pickups/ there's already inconsistencies with the pharmacy, not reminding or notifying pts that a prescription is ready. Regularly updating the availability hours is essential for effective communication and patient satisfaction. It's the little things!

I have been trying to get a new PCP, the nurse told me "not to bring to much up because I would overwhelm the doctor." I understand they may have a lot going on but I'm here to establish care and I've never been told that by any doctor. This was after waiting almost 1.5 hrs to be seen.

This clinic is very well run. I've never run into a problem and have been coming here for years. I've seen several doctors at this specialty clinic. I enjoy coming here and parking is free. These are real people who are doing their best to take care of the multitude of patients they deal with daily. I have only experienced kindness and professionalism from a great team of supportive staff, nurses, assistants and doctors.
