As an interventional cardiologist specializing in the care of patients with complex and high-risk coronary artery disease and cardiogenic shock, I focus on the treatment of coronary chronic total occlusions, multivessel coronary artery disease (including patients turned down for CABG surgery), atherectomy and those in need of mechanical circulatory support. I am very active in clinical research, I co-edit a monthly international newsletter on high-risk PCI and I enjoy speaking at national and international meetings.
