Patient
Feels like a scam. My wife showed up to the digital appointment promptly after filling out the pre-appointment form and paying the $25 copay (paying before the appointment was already alarming). After waiting for 15 minutes on the video call I called the number for Medical Arts and was connected with the receptionist. I'm not sure I caught her name, but she said she worked remotely and was going to try and connect me with the office. After being placed on hold for about 2 minutes I was automatically disconnected by a robot operator claiming "Sorry, no one is available to take your call, goodbye." I attempted to call again and was not able to get ahold of anyone, and left a message with callback information. We waited about 5 more minutes, at this point we had been in the video call for about 22 minutes, and I was very quickly connected and told "Medical Arts please hold" and after holding for about 5 minutes I was automatically discharged with the same message as before. After another few minutes and no contact from the doctor we ended the video call. After this my wife was sent all of the onboarding messaging again "confirming" her appointment. No contact since. Basically just out $25 with no help, will not be trying again but will be following up for a refund
