Best Doc ever! I first saw Dr. Fowler about 17 years ago. Just a visit to make sure things were good. A few years later he saved my life, literally. I've been seeing him every year since. 11 years ago I moved 40 miles south of his office, but you better believe I still make the trek up to see him. There's no way I'm switching to another cardiologist.

Communication with office was very quick and easy to navigate. Dr Fowler was very helpful with explaining things in terms that I could understand and very responsive to questions, would highly recommend!

I've been seeing Dr. Fowler for the past 13 years after being diagnosed with high blood pressure. Dr. Fowler is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain my condition in detail, and he patiently walked me through my treatment options, which made me feel empowered in making decisions about my care. One of the things I appreciate most about Dr. Fowler is his excellent bedside manner. He's a great listener and always answers my questions in a way that's easy to understand. I never feel rushed, and I always leave my appointments feeling informed and confident in the plan we've discussed. The office staff is also wonderful--friendly, efficient, and professional. I never have to wait long for an appointment, and everyone makes me feel at ease from the moment I walk in. Since starting treatment, my blood pressure is well under control, I've lowered my calcium score and I feel healthier overall. I truly trust Dr. Fowler with my heart health and highly recommend him to anyone looking for highly qualified, outstanding, knowledgeable, compassionate cardiologist.

Dr. Fowler performed a cardiac ablation. Prior to his procedure, he explained in great detail the events which would occur. There was an exploratory procedure prior to the actual ablation. During that exploratory, he should've noticed that my anterior cardiac artery was completely blocked. He went ahead with the ablation, and the procedure was successful. Three weeks later I suffered a heart attack because of the blockage in my heart artery. This should've been seen when he did the exploratory, but somehow it was overlooked. This failure could have cost me my life had I've been out in a foreign country doing fieldwork. Luckily, I was in the comfort of my living room and a mirror 13 miles away from Providence Hospital. Needless to say I won't be coming back to Overlake Hospital. Providence in Everett has a superior cardiac staff and I'm positive. They won't make the same mistakes. The staff that over Lake did I would've given them no stars but I developed a fondness with Dr. Fowler unfortunately his professional integrity is not to my standing.
