Easy, quick check-in process with great detail in appointment email (where to check in, etc.). I had an appt with Christine, who was fantastic and personable. The appt was quick and my skin issue was resolved same day. I appreciated the friendliness of staff and ease of the appointment. Highly recommend!

He took the time to listen to my concerns and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my treatment. Not sure how this place has a lot of reviews..... Came in 5 minutes before my appt, the blonde hair receptionist didn't even make eye contact, never greeted me. While she was in the process of checking me in she asked me to step aside so she could take a payment from another patient. At this point I was one min over my appt time and she had the nerve to tell me that I'm late. I wouldn't have been late if she didn't help another patient while checking me in. She was being super rude. I saw doctor Stano, it was an ok experience for me. The visit was very rushed like she didn't want to see me. My total appt with her was probably 2 min maxed. I came in late (per receptionist) and I was able to be done with my appt early and my appt was scheduled for 15 min slot. I called the office after I left the office asking to speak to office manager, the gal who answered the phone said she doesn't know the office managers schedule and what days she comes in or what days she WFH. Like WHAT? Even if she didn't know, it could easily be communicated and pass my contact info on to her even if she WFH. No one has returns my phone call yet and it's been over a day.
