This place is full of scammers and negligent staff member! Save yourself time and energy and don't go here. Been going there for 10 months and haven't seen the actual doctor (Jessie Marks) once, despite asking to him several times. We instead have to see some lady who is a Nurse Practitioner, but the front desk refers to her as Doctor. We have been following up with them for over a month to give us a referral to a specialist for our child and they refuse to. Even Seattle Children's found it odd that a doctor is so hesitant in referring to a specialist. They make rookie mistakes like scratching out things on a form and forgetting to sign or send incomplete forms to school. Their office can randomly close early even if they ask you to come pick up documents at that time, and hard to get them on the phone. When you do get them on phone, their front desk staff is incompetent to answer basic questions and keeps providing outdated information. Super frustrated and exploring legal options!
