I have a family history of heart disease and wanted an inexpensive way to check my heart health. Thank goodness I found Cardia Vision and Dr. Brockenbrough. We found a partial blockage and without this scan, I would be close to dying at the time I would be ready to retire. The CT scan was painless and quick. The doc went over the results in detail and answered all of my thousand questions. Super easy. Yes, the scanner is in a mobile trailer, but it is very clean and modern inside as you'd expect from a medical facility. Dr. B and staff earned all of the 5 stars.

I had a very good experience with cardia vision and with Dr B. While it is true that the set up is unusual because the ct scanner is in a long trailer, that did not detract from the up to standards scanner and efficiently run test performed. Also Dr B took time with me to thoroughly discuss the results. One review here is remarking about being told that the scan requires a heart rate below a certain level- this is true anywhere you get a ct angio scan and patients are given medication to achieve this end. So those criticisms ar not relevant. The waiting area is in rented space but not sure why that matters. Personally I thought the price was reasonable and I didn't have to attend a big hospital to get it done

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. This operation is essentially some lady with a CT scanner in a trailer she negotiated to park in a desk share building's parking lot. There is no office. There is almost no staff. I showed up for a Saturday appointment after my primary care doctor scared the crap out of me and said I had to go pay out of pocket for this test because I might die of a heart attack. (Shame on me for trusting my doctor and not investigating this fly-by-night operation further, but that's another story.) As a patient, being concerned about my heart health and then being dropped off by ride share in a parking lot, from which I stared in the locked glass doors of a co-working office space entirely buttoned up for the weekend did not lead to a low heart rate, I can tell you. I even wandered around a little bit wondering if I had missed a medical office, but nope. I spent 20 minutes standing in that parking lot, knocking on the locked door to the building they had told me to enter upon arrival, texting them per their instructions and getting auto-replies saying they were closed and would contact me on Monday, and calling their main number and getting their answering service, which said Cardia Vision was closed and would not get back to me before Monday most likely. As you can imagine, this further accelerated my heart rate. At this point, I started scouring my mind to make sure I hadn't given them a credit card number, because the whole thing seemed like a scam. The sad thing is that hanging out in the parking lot for 20 minutes with no ability to contact anyone or sit anywhere, not even knowing if there really was a Cardia Vision or if anyone was there, my heart rate really did speed up. When someone from Cardia Vision finally showed up, I was essentially told, "if you can't get your heart rate under 60 bpm in 5 minutes, you will not be able to be tested. You are the last appointment of the day and we can't wait around. Also, I can't tell you the soonest you might be able to reschedule because I don't have access to my appointments here." Just wow. First, I was moving out of state when my doctor lit a fire under me about this test, so I came into SEA from quite a distance at considerable expense. Have you ever tried to lower your heart rate in 5 minutes knowing if you aren't successful you are going to have wasted a ton of time and money? Pretty impossible. So no test, but I did get lots of attitude. I would NEVER come back here for any test. To be clear, she is not a cardiologist. She is a radiologist... someone who reads scans & films. She has a CT scanner in a bookmobile looking contraption in a co-working office parking lot. They tell you that you can't drive because of the beta blockers, but then leave you in the parking lot for unspecified periods of time with no access to a building. They have no empathy, no organization, no procedures, and really poor communications. There is nothing professional about this outfit, and I wouldn't trust them with anything. (Full disclosure: I used exactly one curse word while interacting with this substandard operation. I asked why they thought it would be a good idea for weekend patients to be met with a surprise "locked bleeping door!?!") The pictures attached are the entry to the co-working space they claim is their office front door, and then across the parking lot, you see the trailer that no one tells you is where the whole operation is.
