I saw Dr. Geltzer last week regarding complications following my gallbladder removal surgery as my PCP is currently on maternity leave.
He was very brusque and dismissive, and when I received concerning results on some lab work, he didn't even bother to try and follow-up with me to discuss, and instead referred me out to specialists who are booked out for months.
Well, as it turns out, I'm prediabetic - which I found out myself, after requesting follow-up with Dr. Geltzer multiple times regarding my blood sugar, which he insisted was "normal." I can't in good conscience recommend care from him to anyone - he is negligent at best, and outright dangerous at worst.
