Patient
My 91 year old friend had an appointment with Dr Wuthrich last week. Her daughter drove 50 minutes to pick her mother up, and then got her in her wheelchair accessible van to the appointment. There were no open handicapped parking spots, so they drove around the lot for 10 minutes. They arrived in the office only 10 minutes late, and the receptionist said they would have to reschedule since she was late. There was only one patient in the waiting room at the time. My friend is paralyzed from a stroke, and also has a pacemaker. I think this is totally unacceptable to refuse to see a patient like this!
