Terrible communication. Cardiac halter monitor returned just over a month ago. Nothing heard. After a couple weeks numerous voice mails left for Linda, an assistant there who's voice mail greeting says she will call you back before the end of the day. Never any call backs. Finally was contacted to have an echo done, but still no results from the monitor. Echo was done. Linda calls the house and leaves a message, during a work day. An immediate call back yield the famous I'll call you back voice mail, and not surprising no call back. We have to trust that there is no urgent medical condition that needs to be addressed, but we have no way of knowing. It is quite apparent that these people care very little about their patients.
