I've taken my children to HealthPoint Clinic for a while, and I was always so satisfied with the care. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted with a smile and a true willingness to help. Dr. Sridharan is one of the best, so caring, detail oriented, and truly an outstanding care provider. Both the pediatrician and psychologist were very thorough and always focused on my children's well-being. The medical assistants were also so sweet and caring. They always made my children feel comfortable and welcome. The clinic truly makes families feel cared for. I highly recommend HealthPoint Clinic.

Hello to the clinic management, I just wanted to say that I'm very satisfied with all the staff at the clinic. The doctors here are very kind, patient, and friendly. I've been coming here for about two months now for my son, and I'm really happy with the service. The appointment scheduling and follow-ups are very well organized. Today is Saturday, and I had an appointment for my son. We met with two lady doctors, and they were both great. Even though my son is usually very scared of doctors, he wasn't afraid at all because they were so friendly and kind. The front desk staff are also very helpful. There is a gentleman there who is especially patient and kind. Even though I don't speak English well, he helped me with everything patiently. I gave a five-star rating because I am truly satisfied. I use this location as a pharmacy and i always feel welcome here. Every time I have gone in for a perscription refill the pharmacist greets me by name and for that reason I wont be going anywhere else.

I spent over two hours trying to schedule an appointment at HealthPoint. When I first called, they couldn't find any information about my active insurance in their system. I had to contact my insurance provider to call the clinic and verify my coverage. After this, I called HealthPoint back to finally schedule the appointment. However, on the day of my appointment, when I called to confirm, I was told that no appointment had been booked and they couldn't explain how this happened. Now I have to wait again and spend more time rescheduling. Very disappointed with the level of service.

I've been going to this clinic for years and love my primary care physician - that is, if he's ever available when I need a referral. I've been told twice that his next available opening is 2 months - just so I can get a referral to a specialist. The wait for someone to answer the phone has always been ridiculously long and now, I am being told I need to wait 2 months to see my PCP. This weekend, tried calling to cancel my appointment since I found a different caregiver, and their after hours service does not even work. I called 3X and it kept hanging up so I couldn't leave a message. Then I tried reaching them via the link sent to my phone for cancellation and it sends me to a page that's says "Invalid URL"
