I called to schedule an appointment and he asked if I was a previous patient because he is not taking new ones and I told him yes I'm a previous patient and he's like no were not seeing anyone what do you need, I said well I have knee pain and also need a referral for my therapist as you have previous medical history on me, I do not have a PCP and you are the last doctor to see me that has my medical history. He immediately yelled and cut me off saying no we got a new medical records system so I don't have your files and I'm not faxing any previous notes over I don't do that I can't help you. He was so short, cold and rude. He kept cutting me off and wouldn't listen. Typical dismisisve attitude from a man in his culture dealing with women. Pathetic.
