Genuinely awful experience. My appointment was at 1:30 and the doctor didn't see me until around 2pm. He cut me off when I was trying to ask questions several times. Then insisted he needed to see another patient after having me wait almost 30mins. I had to walk out because I'm highly dissatisfied. The doctor made me feel ignored and unheard.

A terrible place 0.0%% recommend billing is their Q they changed that prices at the last minute. The information through the phone is different went you get to the clinic in Woodbridge. I'm really upset.

Terrible place, waited for more than 30 minutes!! And didn't even see the doctor, they sent someone else...

Dr. Sidhu is great. Performed emergency stent procedure on my husband. The billing department is the worst one ever! They claim that they offer financial aid. After about 4 or 5 months of promises to work with me, nothing. No resolution. Wasted my time and efforts. I provided everything they asked me for. My husband had a heart attack and was no longer working. No income. Turned down for financial aid. How does that make sense? This office was the ONLY one that did not work with us. Offers to help. Gets your hopes up. Then, says that you'll have an answer in 2 weeks. 3 months later you are still waiting, calling and emailing. Why say that you offer financial aid when you don't! What a joke!

I have only recently returned to Dr. Mafi but I was extremely confident in his approach to my issues and his abilities. He listens and he answers all questions and concerns and I would highly recommend him. His front office staff are professional and were a pleasure to speak with, very competent. I was impressed by the staff in the back as well.
