Came to this practice as the other "Vascular practice" in Winchester is EXTREMELY disorganized. Not any better at this practice. Had appointment in August, ordered a test for the beginning of November & told I would be contacted - was NOT. I called & was told they needed to call my insurance for authorization. I informed them that my insurance does NOT require authorization. They told me they needed to confirm? Well I was there in August when the test was ordered, shouldn't they have ALREADY found that out as it's almost Mid-November which is PAST the beginning of November like the Doc had ordered. REALLY?!
