Every time I try to call about my appointment or about a prescription, no one answers. It usually becomes a multi-day task just to get someone to answer the phone. Last time it took me over a week and my prescription was out for days. They do not care, nor do they apologize. They seriously need to hire someone who can answer the phone, make or cancel appointments, and renew prescriptions, etc. I tried to reschedule an appointment online and found out a pin was necessary - which can only be issued by the office - which means more waiting on hold. I'll be looking for another doctor, thank you.

★★★★

Dr. Beneke is fantastic; very thorough. Two complaints about the administrative side of TPMG. 1. Whoever laid out that office space clearly doesn't know anything about medical offices; were the doctors even consulted? 2. It was rude to be called up to the front desk and believe the person behind the desk is talking to you so you respond only to find out she is talking to someone else on her headset. One person should be taking calls & the other person should be interacting with patients

I had to wait over 75 minutes before I was called into the office. Not sure what happened but an explanation for the delay would have been appreciated. I will be looking for a new doctor because my time is equally valuable.

The staff at the desk was unprofessional in sweats, wearing ear pods laughing and acting foolish. The office itself was drab and it felt like I was in the twilight zone. From start, to the doctor unaware of what I was doing there, feeling like we were in a starting contest, to the creepy checkout experience in a doorway in the hallway. I left feeling like I discovered a plot to a new scary movie..smh Can't get back those hours wasted.

I had an appointment to get an echocardiogram today and the ladies up front were very nice. The Technician that did my test was also very nice, very personable and made me feel very comfortable!! She was great!!! THANK YOU!!! Love the new office!
