I have been trying to get in touch with Dr Hunley for months . I have an aneurysm and on a lot of BP medication . My RX are running out . Even though TPMG has sent over my records they will not help me . This is inexcusable

This is the practice that is not there to help patients at all. It is all about how much money they can get. My mother had a follow up appointment with them. When we got there, this office told us that they do not take our "new insurance", in other words, we ended up out of network. It is office responsibility to verify every patient's insurance before the patient makes arrangements to come to that appointment. So we had to cancel our appointment. However, the doctor was supposed to extend refill for my mother's cardio meds (humane thing to do, considering that it was their mistake) and knowing that my mother had no pills left and needs to seek another cardio doctor. I asked them to extend refill until we see a new doctor. The nurse told us, no visit with the doctor - no refill. I called and left two messages asking them to extend meds while we are out of meds and looking for a new doctor. No refills, and no returned calls were received. This office is an evil group of money grabbers who have no feelings or compassion to their own patients. That one star feedback is not for them but rather for me for writing this feedback and warn other patients who may end up in our situation. Be aware, this is the office that will not help you unless you pay first.

Gps took me to wrong building then woke employees held me up with ignorant questions before telling where I need to be making me 17 minutes late. They then cancelled my extremely important cardiology appointment. This place is absolute garbage. I went there because I found riverside cardiology to be untrustworthy. Sentra cardiology also proved to be untrustworthy. Sentra cardiology literally attempted to defend riverside cardiology 's mistake try to claim miscommunication. They will also violate your privacy before even seeing a so called doctor . Don't trust these evil individuals, seek private care outside of Sentra and riverside. Their intentions are not alligned with yours.

My regular Dr, Prewitt left, my prescriptions are running out I'm getting no return phone call from the cardiologist office. Poor management
