This was my best experience with a medical professional. Dr. Srivastava first made me feel comfortable and welcome. His brilliance is both in his chosen medical field and humanity. He was genuinely interested in what I had to say. He took notes quickly diverted his attention away for only short periods of time to ensure he kept eye contact and his attention on me. He asked me to tell his a story instead of one line issues. This is huge to me because he used his skill and knowledge to drill into the problem. At the end of the exam I had a great deal of understandable information that helped me determine my next steps. Dr. Srivastava has a future, after retirement, of speaking to professionals about how to treat a patient.

Nice personality as a person BUT Useless (and concerning) as a cardiologist for anyone with Ehlers Danlos and POTS and other autoimmune that, also, involves the heart. He was not willing to learn. Found new doctors that DO know about these other serious concerns.

Dr. Srivastava is caring and he listens.

Dr. Srivastava is impersonal and careless. Pay close attention to the medicines and dosages he prescribes you. He prescribes and treats without factoring in even the most basic information such as weight, BMI, medical history, family history, or prexisting conditions. Be sure to get a copy of what he puts in your medical records.
