By looking on the Internet, I found Waynesboro family practice , and read the bio of Dr. Wiley I thought to myself this seems like a good fit. I contacted his office to inquire if he did a certain procedure I needed. I was asked to drop off copies of x-rays I had done at another facility. The young lady that spoke with me was profession, polite and helpful. At this point I made an appointment. The day of my appointment the dental assistant that came and took me back to the procedure room. She ask of my concerns and of any issues I have. She made me feel very comfortable. She took the information I had given her for Dr. Wiley reviewed before coming in to meet me. He then said he would like to exam my teeth and gums and if there were any other issues with my teeth. He did examine that tooth and confirmed what I had thought and told me it was a chip that if it was not physically uncomfortable that it was okay not to address this issue. He then advised me that I should wear a mouth guard because there was evidenced I grinned my feet while sleeping. He performed the procedure without any difficulty or pain. Great dentist extremely professional caring and concerned. Waynesboro Family Dentistry is the best.
