Venkat R. Iyer, MD

Dr. Iyer is one of the most compassionate and accomplished medical doctors I have had the pleasure of knowing. His intervening actions afforded my Mom several additional quality years. I cannot ever express my gratitude. He is a phenomenal cardiologist.

I was referred to this doctor last year for heart issue that he specializes in. After finally getting a call to schedule an appointment, it was set for months later which would be January. I got a call about 2 weeks before my appointment saying it needed to be rescheduled because the doctor was not going to be in the office for my 8am time but would be in later. I however would not be seen that day at all so it was pushed out for another month. Well, my appointment should be in about a week and a half from now and I get another call saying my appointment needs to be rescheduled again! Now I have to wait until the end of March. I know things happen but how many times does it have to happen to one person? I feel like I'm just a name or number on their books and they have no regard to the serious issues that I'm having, and don't mind keeping me waiting indefinitely! I will have to see who is just as good as him.
