I'm very disappointed by the lack of empathy and concern being shown to my husband. Apparently, no one answers the phones you can only leave a message. It's 50/50 if someone calls you back. They love to do redundant tests and not always explain the results. We ended up going physically to the office to try to get my husband's medicine adjusted. No phone call back.

Dr. Telreja and his staff are true professionals. He literally saved my life. Dr. Alimard and the PA were also great! The whole crew at rehab, really care about your health. Would highly recommend.

Great experience. Have been coming here for 2 years. Amy Barco is great. I feel very confident in the care I have been given.

If possible Avoid Carrie Ziemer, PA. She is arrogant and condescending. Today she phoned me and said she hadn't seen me since the fall. I then reminded her she saw me on July 2nd at the First Colonial office. I left paperwork that required either her or Dr Grammas' attention. She told me today as well as 07/02 she was deferring the paperwork to Dr G. She told me he was out of the country returning next week. So I have no idea if and when the paperwork will EVER be completed. To me Ms Ziemer said a lot of words without addressing the issue of the paperwork. Words and NO Meaning. She went on and on about ppl passing out while driving killing themselves along with others. Paperwork has been there since prior to my ablation on 06/17. The paperwork had.a note stating the urgency of it being completed and faxed to the DMV medical department. The paperwork needs to be submitted by fax to the DMV so that my driving privileges are restored. All because I lost consciousness on 04/05. On the afternoon of 06/23 I phoned the cardiologist call center twice at one hour intervals per instructioned. After the second hour, I had someone take me to the ER because of the pain and discomfort I was experiencing at the groin site. The site was infected, and I was given prescription for an antibiotic. My question is why have a call service if the on-call dr doesn't respond?

"Jerry" who answered the phone was very very rude. I'm not sure what his title or problem is but he needs to be fired or retrained. Terrible customer service.
