Dr. Krause is excellent, knowledgeable and provides great care, but the office's scheduling process needs serious improvement. Each time, after my appointment, I'm told I'll receive a call to arrange my next appointment, no one ever follows up. Because of this, I can never schedule visits within the timeframe the doctor recommends. When I call them, they say the following month's calendar is not available for scheduling and, once again, "they will call me." It's disappointing that the administrative side doesn't match the quality of the medical care.

I saw Dr. Griffin in the early 2000s when I was first diagnosed with heart disease. Dr. Griffen and Dan Yon took amazing care of me. I am positive that their proactive and amazong care is the reason I have made it this far with my condition.

I just called this morning needing a surgical clearance for my elderly mother. Demetria was extremely helpful. She was able to locate, and drop the paperwork into my mother's chart, contact the surgeon's office for additional needed information, and get us in right away due to another cancellation. We've gone to them before for other services and always have had an excellent experience.

Everyone was helpful. Appointment went smoothly. Had a stress test. Nuclear Tech, Shari, explained everything so that I knew what to expect. Testing Nurse, Alexis, helped me to relax during the test I was the most anxious about. I trusted her with everything she did. She's knowledgeable and caring. Thanks to everyone for helping me navigate through this. I would recommend coming here.

A nice lady the office manager (Laura) called me after I had an extremely bad experience with one of the doctor there at the office. She took the time to listen, and try to help. She scheduled me an appointment with an attentive doctor to care for my needs. Dr. Krauss is the best doctor in the practice which I highly recommend him. He takes the time, great listener, and does a thorough exam. BEST DOCTOR EVER!!!
