Great cardiologist. I am a primary care provider, and chose him for my care and can't say enough good things. So often doctors seem to wait until you have had something bad to intervene, but not Dr. Nayak. He knows all the pros and cons of every medicine/treatment and can give you the info you need to make an informed decision about avenues to explore to head off/proactively treat heart disease and stroke.

Dr Nayak is fantastic. The office staff leaves a lot to be desired. I had already waited for just over an hour to see him. All other patients who came much later were already called in and the waiting area was empty. So, I walked up to the window and asked if they forgot me. Some lady from inside came and said "Sir, you may to wait another hour or more". I really do not mind if the physicians are running late, but the office had no intention of updating me that my wait could be an additional 1+ hour, until I asked. I had another appointment, and I was so upset that I was about to walk out. Canned apologies by the office lady were not credible.

I am a new patient of Dr. Nayak. I didn't know what to expect but this visit was by far the best Doctor's visit I ever experienced. Dr. Nayak was extremely thorough. He did not rush my appointment, he explained everything to me and laid out a plan of action. I also have to commend the check-out person I dealt with. She was also thorough and scheduled all my test and created a nice neat packet for me to be organized.
