AWFUL heartless doctor. Failed to provide adequate information. Caused nerve and tissue damage, and even worse a DVT due to a poorly performed venaseal procedure. No followup. Difficult to get a call back.

-- The nurse at Rockville location simply forgot to enter the supplemental insurance data into the system. The doctor suggested me to contact their billing. I think it is their responsibility to handle patients info properly. -- After ultrasound, the doctor did not care to tell what kind of treatment I need or provide any printed / online info on it. Just said to make an appointment for I don't know what. -- Also, no info on compression stockings, I had to ask for it instead of getting the complete info package on checkout as Medstar does. I think Rockville office will benefit from some basic course on patient management.
